Your health & safety are my utmost priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, some new protocols will be part of your experience and some will remain the same.

What's Changing:​

In July 2021, the CDC released new COVID-19 guidelines in response to the growing threat of the Delta Variant. People living in counties whose occurrence of new cases is rated as "substantial" or "significant" have been advised to wear masks. Even the fully vaccinated. Ada county is currently in the "substantial" category. Here is how Dewdrop Esthetics is responding to the changes...

  • I no longer require clients to wear masks. However, I highly encourage masks to be worn whenever possible during your service.

  • I will resume wearing a mask for the duration of all services.

  • I am fully vaccinated as of April 27th, 2021.

  • I respect my client's privacy and will not ask about their vaccination status.

What's Not Changing:

  • I schedule 30 minutes between appointments to thoroughly clean & disinfect my treatment room in accordance with the Global Wellness Institute guidelines.

  • I use EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants which are bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal (including coronaviruses)

  • I wash & sanitize my hands before touching a client's skin

  • I wear gloves and/or sanitize my hands as necessary throughout a client's service

  • I follow sanitary practices when dispensing products

  • I ask that clients refrain from coming in if they feel ill

  • I will reschedule appointments if I feel ill

  • I ask that clients attend their appointments unaccompanied

  • I will continue to offer virtual services to support my high-risk clients 

  • I will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation & change my policies accordingly

 

scheduling

  • New clients must put a card on file at the time of booking. You card will not be charged until after the service is completed or if you incur a late or no-show fee as explained below.

  • There is no fee for cancellations or reschedules made with advance notice of 24 hours or more.

  • You will receive a courtesy text and/or email reminder 3 days & 3 hours before your appointment. Please do not respond to these automated messages, call or text 208.918.3499 if you need to change your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 30% of the service(s) that were booked. This will be charged to your card on file.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a No-Show. Your card on file will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) that were booked. If I can still accommodate you, I absolutely will, but please be prepared to reschedule if you are late to your appointment.

  • Should an emergency keep you from making it to your appointment, please contact me as soon as safely possible and I will gladly refund any fees.

  • If you are ill or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please do not come to your appointment. Just let me know if ill health is the reason for cancelling & you will not be charged any fees. Advance notice is appreciated, but not required.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

 

peels

If you are a new client interested in chemical peels, please schedule a free consultation so we can determine if you are a good candidate for this type of treatment.

Chemical peels require a high level of tolerance within the skin. This is different from what your personal sensation tolerance may be. Even if you have had peels before, it's my professional duty to learn & assess your skin’s tolerance level. Depending on your individual skin, we many need to build up tolerance or explore alternative treatments to achieve the desired effect.

 

If you are a client already and we've agreed to use chemical peels in your skin plan, go ahead & book your peel. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact me. Thank you!

 

discounts

  • Please note that discounts cannot be combined unless specified.

  • In the case that two discounts overlap, the greatest discount will be given.

  • Referral rewards can be used on discounted services as long as the discounted price is still at least $50.

  • Some discounts are applied manually at check-out after your service and will not be reflected at the time of booking.

  • Discounts do not apply to pre-paid package pricing, such as chemical peel packages or the Acne Boot Camp.

  • Discounts cannot be used toward voucher purchases unless specified.
